  If possible I'd give a rating of 0... This has been a long term and on going situation at this particular location- I won't go into previous incidents of mistreatment, charging for things they didn't do, not listening, not caring, etc. I recently went in due to severe wisdom tooth pain and when I say severe I mean severe. The women who my cleaned my teeth failed to notice the brown ring around a tooth, whole in front, also the fact that my wisdom tooth is severely infected with a large plus pocket which has been there since this appointment. Along with the rude, talentless doctor. They claimed I was having pain due to grinding teeth. Well first of all I have never in my life clenched nor grinded my teeth during sleep or during the day. Told that it was NOT an abscess, my wisdom tooth or an infection. Note: my face was swollen, pain visible, and so was pus pocket. I immediately knew this was bullsh**. I was told to come back if it doesn't stop hurting. I go home crying because of the pain. Later on in the week I go to Bright Now, they are appalled by Aspens "professional" behavior. The doctor immediately said I NEED to be on antibiotics that my wisdom tooth is infected and has been causing significant damage to gums and teeth surrounding area. Flash back to a year ago, I had gotten a tooth filled. I had said and signed a paper saying, I will pay whatever additional fees needed if they do NOT put the mercury/silver paste as a filling and use the white paste. They charged me a lot, even after using the mercury paste when I said NO. This place is truly a joke, they don't care about you. They care about your money.. It only gets worse here I promise you that. I will never be returning to Aspen no matter how big the emergency or pain I'm in.
