  No issues with the doc, issues with the office. Communication with patients is terrible. I called in on 10/23 at 8am To see if they could call in a prescription for gout. At the time of call i could not walk. Nurse said she would have doc call steroid pack in and I would receive email as soon as it is done. On 10/24 at 3pm I still haven't heard anything. This is nothing new, I get it 2 to 3 times a year. So I called office and asked if it was called in yet, she said "no", upon getting this response I asked why, she said that doc needed me to come in for a follow up. Well, we haven't done anything yet, a follow up for what? So 31 hours after I originally called in i have no meds called in and I need to go in for a follow up visit and I guess I'm just supposed to be able to read minds, because no one called me or emailed me to tell me this. So now i still cant walk and if I would not have called into the office I would still be waiting for meds to be called in. Going in for an office visit is not an issue at all, it's the lack of communication. I'm just supposed to sit around and read minds as to what I'm supposed to do?? This is not the first time. It has happened numerous times in the last 2 years. Communication is terrible, attitude from girls on phone is terrible, when I call to find out what is going on and she's copping an attitude like it's an inconvenience to her. COMMUNICATION IS KEY.
