- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Today, 10/06/2017, was my first visit to an SVS Vision office. I'm a guy, and I hate doctors' offices and shopping. However, my experience at this vision center was amazing. Dr. Eric Balthaser was my doctor (believe there are three at this location), and he spent time discussing my exam results in detail. He discussed different contact options, and he listened to my usage history with both contact and glasses. I wore glasses into his office (didn't bring contacts), and he graciously offered (and provided) a complimentary pair of contacts for my use while shopping for a new pair of glasses. He answered all of my questions. I was assisted in frame selection by Jennifer. Her patience was exceptional. She made suggestions; however, she listened to my opinions. Once I had narrowed the search down to two pair, she obtained a third party opinion from one of her co-workers in the office. In the end, all three of us agreed upon the final pair of glasses for me. Their knowledge and quick lookup of details with my insurance made the whole experience that much easier. I can't say enough positive things about their product selection, their professionalism, and my overall experience.
